Who is This Role NOT Suitable For?

Responsibilities Include:
General Practice Nursing including (but not limited to):
- - Wound care
- - Administering and managing all aspects of child and adult vaccinations
- - Surgical assisting
- - Care planning and health assessments
- - Infusions and other nurse led clinics/procedures
Keeping up to date with clinical guidelines and educating the clinical team on updates
Exercising confidentiality regarding patient care and all aspects of the practice.
Writing, updating, implementing and following policies and procedures.
Leading and coaching our excellent nursing team.
Maintaining and adding to our great practice culture.
Being part of the PartridgeGP leadership team.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fostering cohesion amongst the various practice teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Leadership skills and a growth mindset.
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient service.
A proactive and positive attitude.
Experience in a General Practice nursing role or leadership experience as a nurse is preferred but not required.
