PartridgeGP was established 2014 in Glenelg – Adelaide’s iconic beachside suburb. We grew in 2019 to prominent custom-built rooms and we remain GP owned and led. We are fully accredited and are an award-winning training practice.  Our nursing team plays an integral part of our mission to provide professional, comprehensive, empowering and sustainable healthcare to our patients. 

We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse (3-4 days per week) to lead our nursing team to the next level as our practice grows. 

Our practice nurses provide comprehensive Treatment Room services, health assessments, chronic disease management, stock control, infection control, cold chain management, immunisations, triage, data management, community liaison and participate in the accreditation process. 

In addition, the Team Leader will work closely with the Management Team to:

• – Develop policies and procedures
• – Streamline work flows to increase effectiveness and efficiencies
• – Improve systems and processes, especially those around chronic disease management, health assessments and stock management
• – Ensure compliance with WH&S policies and procedures
• – Collaborate with the clinical and non-clinical teams to provide a holistic health care approach and business success
• – Oversee equipment functionality, maintenance & repairs
• – Lead, coach and mentor our practice nurses

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

• – Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
