PartridgeGP was established in 2014 in Glenelg, Adelaide’s iconic beachside suburb. We grew in 2019 to prominent custom built rooms and we remain GP owned and led. Our mission is to provide better services and facilities to GPs and Allied Health Professionals so that they can provide the best clinical care to patients. We are fully accredited and are an award winning training practice, training students and GP Registrars, the future of our profession. PartridgeGP is seeking our new Practice Manager who will be the senior member and leader of our innovative and driven non-clinical team. The successful candidate will lead by example and:

• – maintain our position as a General Practice industry leader and a destination of choice for key talent as we continue to grow.

• – lead the human resources function, with a key focus on enhancing and strengthening a high-performance culture, via systems, recruitment, induction, performance management, team building, and training

• – maintain and nurture a positive environment in which a diverse workforce can grow and develop.

• – manage day-to-day operations including staff resourcing and the maintenance and improvement of existing workflows/processes.

• – have significant experience in a senior practice management role, coupled with proven expertise in organisational culture and capability building.

• – have experience in leadership development and mentoring with a proven record of leading by example.

• – understand high performance in general practice (clinical and business) including governance and compliance, profitability, legislative requirements, accreditation, strategic planning and implementation.

• – directly work with and report to the GP owners of PartridgeGP.

We believe the best way every Australian can improve and manage their health is to have a great General Practitioner and a great General Practice. PartridgeGP is that practice and those General Practitioners are who we serve. Accordingly we are seeking the best candidate for a full time onsite position and we offer a competitive salary of $100k+ depending on qualifications and experience.
